UV stone-plastic composite panels are a new type of environmentally friendly decorative panel made primarily of PVC resin and natural stone powder, with a surface treated with an ultraviolet (UV) curing coating.
Product Structure and Composition: UV stone-plastic composite panels employ a multi-layered composite structure: the base layer consists of PVC (approximately 35%), calcium carbonate (approximately 62%), and additives, giving the panel good hardness and stability. The surface is then coated with a hot-stamping transfer technique to create marble, wood grain, or 3D printed textures, finally covered with a UV-cured coating to form a dense protective film. The product thickness is generally 2–5 mm, with a standard size of 1220 × 2440 mm, but custom sizes are also available.
