Herbex Cistanche
Cistanche Deserticola, also called the “Desert Ginseng”, is a parasitic plant, living on the roots of the desert tree Sacsaoul, belonging to the Cistanche of the Orobanchaceae. It is traditionally used a very valuable medicine. The main active component Echinacoside enables it to exhibit antioxidative and anti-wrinkle effects.

Features and benefits:
Anti-oxidation: Echinacoside’s significant antioxidant activity can inhibit the amyloid fibrils of proteins, thus protecting the nerve cells; Echinacoside can also eliminate the ROS produced by UVB radiation, so it can protect skin from the damage caused by UVB irradiation.
Anti-aging: Can effectively scavenge •OH and •O2- free radicals; therefore, it can slow down the aging process.
